ABOUT YOU integration guide

About ABOUT YOU

ABOUT YOU is a fashion and lifestyle platform selling in more than 20 European countries. Sellergoo connects through the ABOUT YOU Seller Center API with an API key an Admin user creates in the Seller Center — no app to install and no approval to wait for.

Categories: Fashion, apparel & accessories, Beauty & personal care, Sports & outdoor recreation
Region: Europe
Countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Luxembourg

How it connects

API credentials from your seller account.

Before you start

An active ABOUT YOU seller account, signed in as a user who may grant API access.
A Sellergoo account on a plan that includes this channel — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Permission to create API keys in your ABOUT YOU account.

Connect ABOUT YOU step by step

1
Open the connection
In Sellergoo, go to Settings → Connections and find the ABOUT YOU card.
2
Enter the credentials
Press Connect and fill in the fields below — the table says where ABOUT YOU shows each one.
3
Save
Press Save. Sellergoo checks the credentials with the channel right away, so a typo shows up immediately rather than at the first sync.
4
First sync
The card turns Connected once the channel answers. The first sync runs right away or with the next scheduled run (every 30 minutes); recent days arrive first, and the dashboards fill in while older history loads.

What you enter

Field	Required	Where to find it
API key	Yes	Seller Center → Settings → API Keys → + Add (Admin users only; the key is shown once). A sandbox key connects the sandbox.
Commission rate (%)	Optional	Your ABOUT YOU commission (4–22 % by category and price). The API states no commission, so fees are estimated with it.
Payment fee (%)	Optional	The SCAYLE Payments fee rate from your Payment Services Framework Agreement. Leave blank to count none.

What Sellergoo reads

Data	What it is	On the first sync
Orders	Every order and order line — price, quantity, shipping, tax and status.	Up to about 2 years back on the first sync.
Refunds and returns	Refunded amounts and returned units, matched to their orders.	Up to about 2 years back on the first sync.
Stock	Current stock per listing.	—

Orders, refunds and returns and stock refresh every 30 minutes.

What Sellergoo can update

Sellergoo only reads from ABOUT YOU; it sends nothing back.

Good to know

ABOUT YOU's API states no fees per order, so commission and the SCAYLE Payments fee are estimated at the rates you enter on the card — your commission is 4–22 % depending on category and price.
Orders you ship yourself and orders ABOUT YOU ships from its warehouses are both read, with the VAT ABOUT YOU states.
Returns are read for 60 days after the order date; the commission comes back on a return, the payment fee does not.
Your API key works for the environment it was created in: a sandbox key connects your sandbox, a live key your live account.

FAQ

Does Sellergoo change anything on ABOUT YOU?

No. Sellergoo only reads from ABOUT YOU; it sends nothing back.

How often does the data update?

Orders, refunds and returns and stock refresh every 30 minutes. Every connection also has a Sync now button.

Where is my data kept?

In the EU — Sellergoo is hosted in Frankfurt. Keys and tokens are stored encrypted, and only the workspace that connected a channel can see its data.

How do I disconnect?

Press Disconnect on the card under Settings → Connections. Sellergoo stops reading at once; where the channel allows it, the access it granted is revoked as well.
