How it connects

One-click connection — approve Sellergoo on the channel's own screen.

Before you start

  • An active Amazon seller account, signed in as a user who may grant API access.
  • A Sellergoo account on a plan that includes this channel — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

Connect Amazon step by step

  1. 1

    Open the connection

In Sellergoo, go to Settings → Connections and find the Amazon card.

  2. 2

    Connect with Amazon

Press Connect with Amazon. Seller Central opens: sign in with the account that owns your seller account and approve Sellergoo.

  3. 3

    Choose your Amazon sites

Back in Sellergoo, tick the Amazon sites you sell on (amazon.de, amazon.fr, amazon.co.uk …). One connection pulls every site you tick, and each order keeps the site it came from.

  4. 4

    Add Amazon Ads (optional)

Press Connect Amazon Ads to bring in advertising spend. Amazon asks for a separate approval for its Ads API.

  5. 5

    First sync

The card turns Connected once the channel answers. The first sync runs right away or with the next scheduled run (every 30 minutes); recent days arrive first, and the dashboards fill in while older history loads.

FAQ

Does Sellergoo change anything on Amazon?

How often does the data update?

Orders, fees, refunds and returns and stock refresh every 30 minutes; traffic and advertising once a day. Every connection also has a Sync now button.

Where is my data kept?

In the EU — Sellergoo is hosted in Frankfurt. Keys and tokens are stored encrypted, and only the workspace that connected a channel can see its data.
