How does the 14-day free trial work?

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You get full access to your plan's channels and every feature from day one. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.

Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade at any time in the self-service Stripe customer portal. Your plan change takes effect immediately for upgrades and at the end of the billing period for cancellations.

What's actually different between the plans?

Only the integrations you can connect. Starter covers Amazon and eBay; Premium adds every shop system (Shopify, WooCommerce, …), Smart-Import sources (Zalando, Temu, …) and payment providers (Stripe, …) plus Walmart; Ultimate unlocks the entire catalog — OTTO, Kaufland, every Mirakl marketplace (Douglas, Galeria, Bauhaus, …) and ERP systems. Every analytics and automation feature is included in every plan.

Is my data separated from other customers?

Yes — strictly. Each account gets its own dedicated database file on our infrastructure. Your orders, costs and credentials are never stored alongside another customer's data.

Are the prices net or gross?

Do I need a credit card to register?

You can create your account first and pick a plan afterwards. Payment details are entered in Stripe Checkout when you start your subscription; billing begins after the 14-day trial.
