An active Back Market seller account, signed in as a user who may grant API access.
A Sellergoo account on a plan that includes this channel — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Permission to create API keys in your Back Market account.

Connect Back Market step by step

Open the connection
In Sellergoo, go to Settings → Connections and find the Back Market card.

Enter the credentials
Press Connect and fill in the fields below — the table says where Back Market shows each one.

Save
Press Save. Sellergoo checks the credentials with the channel right away, so a typo shows up immediately rather than at the first sync.

First sync
The card turns Connected once the channel answers. The first sync runs right away or with the next scheduled run (every 30 minutes); recent days arrive first, and the dashboards fill in while older history loads.

Good to know

Back Market's commission arrives with each order line, so profit uses the real fee from the first sync.
A token works only on the platform it was created on — Europe, the US or Asia-Pacific — so choose the same platform on the card.
Full refunds and cancellations are read from your orders; partial refunds issued through Back Market Care are not read yet.

No. Sellergoo only reads from Back Market; it sends nothing back.

How often does the data update?

Orders, refunds and returns and stock refresh every 30 minutes. Every connection also has a Sync now button.

Where is my data kept?

In the EU — Sellergoo is hosted in Frankfurt. Keys and tokens are stored encrypted, and only the workspace that connected a channel can see its data.

How do I disconnect?

Press Disconnect on the card under Settings → Connections. Sellergoo stops reading at once; where the channel allows it, the access it granted is revoked as well.
