Link Sellergoo in Octopia
Open Octopia's API start page (api.octopia-io.net/logic/static/start.html), choose “I'm using a feed agregator”, then “I know my agregator's clientId”, and pick Sellergoo.

Copy your Seller ID
Octopia then shows your Seller ID.

Connect in Sellergoo
In Settings → Connections, open the Alltricks card, press Connect, enter the Seller ID and save — or use Connect all my Octopia channels to link every Octopia marketplace on the account at once.

Verification
A connection made with a Seller ID alone opens once Sellergoo has confirmed the Octopia account is yours.

Good to know
- One Octopia account serves every Octopia marketplace it is subscribed to; each marketplace reads only its own sales, so nothing is counted twice.
- Commission arrives with the order where Octopia reports it; otherwise it starts as an estimate and is replaced by the commission Octopia invoices.
- Octopia limits how many requests a seller may make per hour; a sync that reaches the limit continues on the next run.

Does Sellergoo change anything on Alltricks?
No. Sellergoo only reads from Alltricks; it sends nothing back.
How often does the data update?
Orders, fees, refunds and returns and stock refresh every 30 minutes. Every connection also has a Sync now button.
Where is my data kept?
In the EU — Sellergoo is hosted in Frankfurt. Keys and tokens are stored encrypted, and only the workspace that connected a channel can see its data.
How do I disconnect?
Press Disconnect on the card under Settings → Connections. Sellergoo stops reading at once; where the channel allows it, the access it granted is revoked as well.
