About QuickBooks Online
How it connects
One-click connection to your QuickBooks Online company.
Before you start
- A QuickBooks Online company, and a user allowed to approve apps for it.
- A Sellergoo account on a plan that includes this channel — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Connect QuickBooks Online step by step
- 1
Open the ledger settings
In Sellergoo, go to Settings → Ledger and choose QuickBooks.
- 2
Connect QuickBooks account
Press Connect QuickBooks account, sign in at Intuit and approve Sellergoo for your company.
- 3
Map the accounts once
Pick which QuickBooks accounts sales, fees, refunds, advertising and costs post to.
- 4
Post a month
Each month's marketplace profit and loss goes to QuickBooks as one journal entry — previewed first, never posted twice.
What Sellergoo reads and writes
- Reads your chart of accounts and company preferences, so each line posts to the right account.
- Writes one journal entry per month: that month's marketplace sales, fees, refunds, advertising and costs.
- Posts only when you ask — there is no automatic sync — and never edits or deletes an existing transaction.
- Does not read customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, bank transactions or payroll.

FAQ
Where is my data kept?
In the EU — Sellergoo is hosted in Frankfurt. Keys and tokens are stored encrypted, and only the workspace that connected a channel can see its data.
How do I disconnect?
Press Disconnect on the card under Settings → Connections. Sellergoo stops reading at once; where the channel allows it, the access it granted is revoked as well.
